By placing an order on the site, the user automatically accepts the commercial terms: the order becomes valid after confirmation, prices include VAT, stock is not guaranteed in real time, and we reserve the right to refuse orders in case of errors.

We deliver anywhere in Romania via express courier. Delivery time is 1–3 business days. Products can be returned within 14 calendar days. Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt of the return.

ancasa.ro complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Data is used only for processing orders and is not shared with other parties without consent.

All products are new and come with a legal warranty. To benefit from the warranty, keep the proof of purchase.

ancasa.ro is not responsible for color discrepancies caused by monitor settings or for delays caused by couriers.

ancasa.ro is an online store that sells textile products intended for household use, including but not limited to:bed linens tablecloths bedspreads towels decorative pillows other textile items and accessories The products are presented through images, descriptions, and technical information updated as accurately as possible.

4. Registration and Placing Orders

To place an order, the user must provide accurate and complete information. The order becomes valid only after it is confirmed by the ancasa.ro team via phone or e-mail. Until that moment, the order does not produce contractual effects.

4.2. Prices and Availability

All displayed prices are expressed in RON and include VAT.
The stock displayed on the website is not guaranteed in real time; there may be situations where certain products are no longer available.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in the case of obvious errors in the price, description, or website functionality.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively within Romania, via courier service.

5.1. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days, calculated from the order confirmation. This term may vary depending on order volume, peak periods, or external conditions.

5.2. Delays

ancasa.ro is not responsible for possible delays caused by the courier company or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return Policy

The customer has the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, without providing a reason.

6.1. Conditions for Return

Products must be in the same condition as delivered: unused, unaltered, without stains, odors, or signs of wear. The product must be returned, if possible, in its original packaging, together with accessories and documents received.

6.2. Refund of Amounts

The refund of returned products is processed within a maximum of 14 working days from the receipt and verification of the returned items. Return shipping costs may be supported by the customer unless otherwise specified.

7. Data Protection – GDPR

ancasa.ro complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

7.1. Data Collected

Personal data collected may include: name, address, phone number, e-mail, billing and shipping details.

7.2. Purpose of Collection

8. Product Warranty

Products sold on ancasa.ro are new and benefit from the legal conformity warranty in accordance with Romanian law. To benefit from the warranty, the customer must keep the proof of purchase (invoice, receipt).

9. Limitation of Liability

ancasa.ro cannot be held responsible for:
color or shade differences caused by monitor, phone, or lighting settings;
technical errors, malfunctions, interruptions, or server problems;
losses resulting from the use or inability to use the website;
delays caused by the courier or situations beyond our control.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become valid immediately after being published on the website. Continuing to use the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
